1.  How to apply for duplicate Issue Document of Title (IDT) ?

i.    To execute a  Statutory  Declaration either prepared by the Land Registry Office,  District Office or the  Law Firms and submit to the Registrar/Assistant Registrar. 
ii.   To pay the following fees in accordance with the Land (Registration of Titles) Rules:- 
       -  Preparation Fee - RM10.00
       -  Title Fee ( per title ) - RM10.00
       -  Notice Fee ( per title ) - RM5.00
       -  Declaration Fee - RM5.00
iii.   Gazettal pursuant to section 128 of the Land Code is required before the issue of new duplicate Issue Document of Title.
