WHERE  can a registered  proprietor of land pay the annual rent, instalment of  premium and other  miscellaneous  fees and land charges? 

Annual rent, installment payment of premium, other miscellaneous fees and land charges may be paid at the following venues;

(i) Revenue Section of any Divisional Office of the Land and Survey Department

(ii) Revenue Counter of District Offices in all Divisions in Sarawak

(iii) Website @ paybillmalaysia.com for online payment.

WHEN  is the annual rent due for payment? 

It is due for payment on or before the date of registration of title or the due date for payment as stated on rent booklet. If the rent is not paid, it becomes arrears and a surcharge of 50% is added to the amount outstanding
