d) Major Projects Purview – Pan Borneo Highway Project, Darul Hana Project and Survey of NCR under new initiative
e) Policy Unit
f) Permission to deal (Charge, Transfer, Extension Building Condition)
g) Renewal of Land Lease (RLL)
h) Management of People’s Issues
i) Department’s State Legislative Assembly (DUN) Coordinator
j) Audit and SUHAKAM matters
k) Majlis Bersama Jabatan (MBJ)
l) E-prestasi (Gred 48 and above) , APC
m) Any others duties as assigned by DLS
