BETONG: The Land and Survey Department office here has urged NCR land owners in Ulu Paku, Spaoh to give full cooperation to the team conducting perimeter survey on their lands in Nanga Paun, Penom and its surrounding areas.

This is because the survey works have been progressing at a slow pace due to poor response from land owners.

As such, the department’s officer here, Anthony Aboi, wants NCR land owners involved to come forward and indicate their boundaries.

“Only then can we know the borders of the lands. This needs the cooperation of everyone so that the issuance of land titles under Section 18 of the State Land Code can be done fast,” he said.
