（古晋24日讯）征地过程需要有专业、一致性且可持久的评估，以确保发展如期进行的同时，也不会忽视土地拥有者获得公平赔偿的权利。
砂拉越总理拿督巴丁宜丹斯里阿邦佐哈里是在昨晚出席2026年砂土地测量局创新与廉正日活动时，如是指出。
他说明，在更多基设项目、城市发展和大型投资将在砂拉越实施的情况下，土地评估工作也日益面对复杂的挑战。
他提及，至于更改土地特定条件、直接拥有权、更新土地租赁和主要项目的土地溢价评估，则必须将仔细的市场变化和发展潜能纳入考量。
他以丹绒恩邦的道路发展项目为例，说明当地的土地价值将随着基础设施的发展而有所改变。
他提醒说，有关事项必须由砂土地测量局在第47和第48条文下的相关规定下予以关注。
“我们知道我们正在发展有关地区，而随着价值的变化，其土地价格肯定有所不同。”
他坦言，有时候建设道路很困难，但不建设也很难。
“但那是经济的演变，意味着我们正在发展砂拉越，而其利益肯定会惠及人民。”

Department of Statistics Malaysia (DOSM) will conduct the Economic Census 2026 (BE2026). BE2026 is the sixth economic census, implemented every five years since 2000.
The census aims to collect comprehensive data covering all economic activities in the country, including the wholesale and retail trade sectors.
