Mobile LASIS is a mobile extension of Land And Survey Information System (LASIS), an initiative by the Sarawak Land and Survey Department, Malaysia, to provide a one-stop mobile app services for the public.
 
Features:

LAND SEARCH: 

Land Search function can locate any land parcel by current location, Unique Parcel Identifier (land parcel number), landmark, latitude and longitude coordinates or even tap on screen.

SALES OF MAPS AND PRINTOUT OF TITLE: 

User can purchase the mapsheet by clicking the BUY MAPS button or Printout of Title by clicking the BUY PRINTOUTS button.

INTERATIVE MAPPING TOOLS:

(i) Basemap Option: 

Variety of base maps such as Imagery, Imagery with Labels, Streets, World Street Map (Night), Topographic, Terrain with Labels and Light Gray Canvas.

(ii) Map Layer Control: 

Variety of map layers available which can be turn on and off  such as Divisional Boundary, District Boundary, Sub-District Boundary, Lot Boundary, Lot Label, Mapsheet Index 1:1000, Mapsheet Index 1:5000, etc

(iii) Import from Keyhole Markup Language (KML) File Format: 

Import KML file function will automatically locate the site and overlay it with the cadastral map and basemap in this app.

(iv) Current Location Marker: 

Allows user to mark the precise position of their location within the land parcel.

(v) Distance Measurement: 

Calculates the distance between two locations in metres.

(vi) Area measurement (calculate the area of a polygon)

Allow user to measure the area size.

LAND AND RENT PREMIUM: 

Checking and payment of outstanding land rent and land premium. The payment channels are credit card, direct debit from bank accounts and e-wallet (Sarawak Pay).

VALUATION SERVICES:

(i) Section 47 Check: 

Land likely to be needed for public purposes.

(ii) Section 48 Check: 

Land needed for public purposes.

(iii) Transactions Of Agricultural Land: 

Statistics showing actual land sales/ transactions of agricultural land registered within 5 to 7 years at Land Registry Office that is within 1 km radius of the selected land parcel.

(iv) Land Usage Conversion Calculator: 

Land Usage Conversion calculator provides the estimated premium charged for conversion from agriculture to residential shown after user entered the division name, land category, remaining years from expiry date and area of the land parcel.

RENEWAL OF LAND LEASES: 

Provide a feature for land owners to submit their application to renew the term of their land leases.

Land Application Status Check:

Applicants can check the status of their applications submitted to Land and Survey Sarawak

Check the Proposed Sites for Government Projects.

(ii) Approved Sites: 

Check the Approved Sites for Government Projects.

(iii) Full Title Search / Title Information Report: 

Can view all details of any land parcel in Sarawak.

(iv)  Land Application Status Check.
